The teacher can use teacheo for free to organize lessons with the contacts he had invited. Parental control is made between an adult and the person under 18 he has registered. It define the rights that may have a person under 18 on its lessons, contacts and payments. By sign up a minor, three possibilities : - Create one account for both the student and the parent : you have the same account. You define a parental code for you only to manage buying credits and making payments. - Create a separate account for parental control : it will allow you to manage buying credits and making payments separately. You have your own account and you can manage easily the account(s) of minor(s). - Use an existing parental control account : you already have an account on teacheo.com and want to manage the account of a minor. 11- How can I connect to the account of my child ? You can easily access the account of the persons under 18 associated to your account. Go to "My Parental Control" in "My Profil" then log on by clicking on "Log in on his account". 12- What are the rights of a person under 18 on teacheo.com ? If a minor wishes to know his rights, it must ask the person which his account is attached on teacheo.com. This person define the rights of the minor. 13- Can I defer or cancel a lesson ? Click on "Joining a lesson" in "Lesson". Two links makes it possible to defer a lesson (Defer lesson) or cancel (Cancel lesson). Student or teacher can refuse. 14- Is there a particular model of webcam for Eclass ? Teacheo.com offers 2 modes of payment : payment by your teacheo account or by Paypal. (For payments by check or cash, users organize themselves as they wish). 20- If I'm not agree with a payment, what can I do ? In "My Payments" in "My Profil", various actions can be implemented if you disagree with a payment. You can contest the payment, request an arrangement with the other party or a contentious issue. Students : in the organization of a lesson, a price is required. It's the price that you consider correct for the lesson (matter, level, duration). The teacher asked you a lesson is free to accept or not this price. 21- Payments on teacheo.com are secure ? Using Paypal for the settlement of the lessons guarantees complete security. The unaudited teachers can give lessons to students that they have invited on teacheo, but can not publish listings or made a lesson with students they did not know before. 24- Why request an audit ? The audit allows the teacher to validate their qualifications by the audit team of teacheo.com. Before being checked, the teacher can only give lessons to his contacts. Teacheo.com has set up a payment system allowing students to pay their teacher once the lesson is closed. 29- How do I read my schedule and complete my availabilities ? The calendar is divided into 7 columns corresponding to 7 days a week and 16 lines from 8 am to midnight. "Grey" boxes correspond to your unavailabilities. "Green" boxes correspond to your availabilities to give or receive lesson. "Orange boxes" correspond to the lessons you have planned during the week. By default, your planning has been available every day and every hour of the week. To make unavailable at any given time of day, simply click on the boxes corresponding to your time of unavailability. They then go from green to grey. Remember to click on Validate to update. To make unavailable all day, click on "All Day". To make unavailable the entire week, click on "All time." 30- How read the time zone ?
